Every Super-skull power in Secret Invasion-IGN

Warning: Full spoilers for Marvel Studios ‘ Secret Invasion series on Disney + ahead!

The finale of Marvel’s Secret Invasion series on Disney+ features a superpower clash between the evil Gravik (Kingsley Ben-Adir) and a vengeful G’iah (Emilia Clarke), so we’re determining exactly what powers these Super-Skrulls were filled with and from which MCU heroes and Villains came.

Both Gravik and G’iah were already Super Skrulls with the powers of Extremis and Flora Colossus/Groot – a nod to the fiery and expansive powers of the original comic book Super-Skrull who had the skills of the Fantastic Four – but thanks to Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) who decided to give Gravik the harvest as part of his master plan to avoid all-out war, they both improved with dozens of others. Fury revealed that the harvest is a collection of DNA from everyone who shed blood during the Final Battle of Avengers: Endgame, where almost every MCU hero rallied to stop Thanos – a conflict that became known as the Battle of Earth, according to Fury.

When Gravik scans crops, a computer screen quickly goes through a list of the DNA of each one it contains, so here’s a list of every super power of the MCU Super Skrull.

For those who are just looking for a quick list, here is every known power and every name that is shown to be part of the Harvest:

  • Flora Colossus (Groot)
  • Korg
  • The Beauty Of Ice
  • Hulk
  • Captain Marvel
  • Mantis
  • Thanos
  • Obsidian Cull
  • Extremis
  • Ebony Mabrim
  • Captain America
  • Ghost
  • The Winter Soldier
  • Drax
  • Corvus Glaive
  • Abomination
  • Proxima Midnight
  • Outrider
  • Chitauri
  • Valkyrie
  • Thor Odinson
  • Gamora

Below is a look at all these new Super Skrull powers in action, including powers from Avengers, Black Order and Guardians of the Galaxy.

Flora Colossus (Groot)

As Gravik prepares for the initial clash with G’iah, one of his arms is made of Groot’s thick, mossy grapes, and during the battle he expands it into a whip-like weapon.

Abomination

The other arm of Gravik transforms into that of Abomination, brute-skinned, muscular with strength comparable to the Hulk. Even his ear turns into one of the strands of the head of Abomination.

Drax

In what is easily the most humorous moment of the battle, G’iah bends her arm as she turns to Drax Destroyer’s red and green arm.

Ghost

Ghost has the power to pass through solid matter, and we see G’iah use it at the beginning of the battle to avoid destruction with a machine.

Korg

Gravik switches his loathsome arm with the Rocky arm of Korg, the Alien Gladiator befriended by Thor in Sakaar.

The Beauty Of Ice

G’iah channels the power of the ice beast to make a deadly ice sword come out of her hand. There were no frost animals in the land battle, but remember that Gravik was harvesting powerful DNA from other sources before taking over the crop. For the first time we saw The Beast Frost on the visit to Jotunheim in the first Thor film.

Ebony Mabrim

When Gravik is turned off, he transforms his arm into that of the Black Order’s Ebony mad, and uses his telekinesis to bring down G’iah with a flying rock.

Hulk

Gravik turns one of his legs into a Hulk leg, which he uses to send G’iah flying. When G’iah surprised Gravik at the beginning of the battle, she used a Hulk arm to knock him into the sky.

Obsidian Cull

G’iah transforms her arm into the black-skinned arm of the Obsidian Cull, giving her great strength.

Thanos

As Gravik attacks G’iah, we see that he is wearing a purple Thanos arm. Even without Infinity Stones Thanos was able to dominate the Hulk with sheer force, so arm could definitely pack a punch.

Captain Marvel

Gravik and G’iah shine with energy and take their battle to the skies as they both Channel Captain Marvel’s incredible power.

Mantis

While flying through the air, G’iah is defeated by Gravik and decides to plant the mantis antennas and make Gravik fall asleep mid-flight, causing him to fall to the ground.

Extremis

When Gravik stands up we see that he is covered with serious wounds, but he uses the power of the previously acquired Extremis to heal, in the style of Membranolverine. But it turns out that even Extremis healing abilities are not enough to heal from getting a swollen hole in the chest, which G’iah does to Gravik to end the fight.

These are the only powers exhibited during the war, but even more harvest names were listed on the computer screen, so here’s the rest of the DNA that rattles on G’iah’s new Super Skrull body.

Captain America

The Winter Soldier

Corvus Glaive

Proxima Midnight

Outrider

Chitauri

Valkyrie

Thor Odinson

Gamora
